1) Members of Parliament, Senators, Staff Executive Councilors, State Assembly Members, Judicial Commissioners, Judges of Court of Malaya, Court of Sabah and Sarawak.

1) The duration of such membership shall be for the period of 6 months.
2) The total period of such temporary membership shall not in any event exceed 2 years.
